The beginning

I graduated several weeks ago from a high school that takes the senior class on a three month trip to Eastern Europe and Israel.  Although several other students and I are not participating in the Israel portion of the trip, we are about to embark on the Eastern Europe portion of the trip.  We have packed our bags and are ready to begin this journey to several of the places that contributed to deaths of more than 6 million Jews.  I want this trip to be remembered and shared; I also want to write what my fellow classmates and I will see at these places.  With that, I hope that I will be able to post each day about what my classmates and I did that day and help keep the memory alive, and to make sure that a Holocaust happens NEVER AGAIN.
